All car rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement that you will receive upon booking confirmation or when you collect your vehicle. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your obligations related to the rental. In cases where any discrepancies arise between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle requires:

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. Participants are prohibited from engaging in racing, off-roading, or other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Usage must align with the vehicle's intended design, and it is important to adhere to passenger and weight restrictions. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior consent is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Failsworth will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, that may arise from your use of our services. Our liability for any claims is limited to the total amount you paid for your rental in the past year. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
